What We Believe
- We Believe that God the Father is our Creator. Jesus Christ is our Savior, and the Holy Spirit is our Sanctifier who brings us to newness of life.
-
We accept Holy Scriptures as the divinely inspired record of God's redemptive act in Christ.
-
We teach that all people are sinners and that a person is saved only by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.
-
We define the Church as the fellowship of those who confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The Church is essential to Christian life and growth.
-
We celebrate two sacraments within our church as the God-given means for penetrating our lives with His love and grace. They are Holy Baptism and Holy Communion.
-
We live, not according to a formula of "do's" and "don'ts", but in the true freedom of Christian love and responsibility.
